
Today was not the best shooting day. Most of my shots, which were pretty decent, were ruined because of a random black speck in the top of them. I'm guessing some dust got into the sensor, since I examined the lens and there's nothing there. Awesome.
The speck is camouflaged a bit in this photo by the tree branch.
I processed this using Picnik.
Digital Field Guide: page 71, Light transmitted by the lens. I glazed over it more than re-read it yesterday.

Thanks! Luckily this was one of a few shots where the speck was sufficiently hidden. :)
Beautiful! I don't see the speck either :o) But do hope your camera is fixed soon!
